Welcome to Star City Publications "Where Stars can shine". Star City Publications was founded in 2011 by Angel Williams. Angel is the author of "Envy the root of all evil" and "PrettyMoney". with two novels under her belt still she felt something was missing. with a passion for helping other's she started her own publishing company and in the fall of '2011 Star City was born. SCP is a small publishing company based in Baltimore Maryland, who are looking to become a family "Dynasty". Here at SCP we believe that every person was born to be a shining star.
