It is important that each and every one of us remember the lesson of this book. If we do not lead mindful lives, don't we ultimately become, like Kafka's character, our own bedbug?

Pros

This is a book that truly makes you think. It challenges the reader to evaluate his/her values and behavior.

Cons

I would have liked to know more about what made the good people, the ones who are able to focus the energy of the universe, the way they have become. I guess I wanted more back-stories.
