“Years of back surgeries led to my greatest positive discovery...First Lieutenant Petra Kayden Dace and Terprise. I wanted to create something humorous I had never read before, a science-fiction story based on real life events that were woven into a patriotic tribute to our armed forces and lead to different events in pop-culture history. After doing research and taking notes on real life people, places and ‘things’, I wove these into the futuristic mystery tale that is Cobalt. Having thoroughly read the greats of our time such as Dick, Nelson, Bradbury and Heinlein made me realize how lucky we are to have had these wonderful minds in our lives and we owe them a huge debt of gratitude for their 'forward-thinking'. These novels are for them and their fans. They have had a huge influence on the Trinity Series as a whole. This is my homage to the greatest writers, the great early pulps, and the greatest era of science-fiction movies."-CG Blade
