I have followed Pablo Michael's work for as long as I have been writing and reviewing myself. I have found, with great pleasure, that his writing adapts to the story he is telling. Some is poignant and written with emotional flourish while others are dramatic and revealing with a passionate exposure that is so intimate it is almost like eavesdropping. This Christmas "tail" is written in yet another style not uncommon to this deft and very clever wordsmith. The perfect for the holidays story is a quick and charming read, written in a playful, entertaining manner to devour like bonbons. This one is delicious and fun: playful, provocative and sentimental.
