Stroganov (A Darby Stansfield Thriller)

This is book two of the Darby Stansfield thrillers. Once I read this book I instantly wanted to read more in the series. I am a lover of mystery/crime novels but I have never come across a mystery quite like this. Darby is a 'consultant' to the underground world of organized crime. He gets himself into all types of incidents with his 'Darbytastic' ideas. I love the way the author takes a regular guy working in a regular office setting and turns him into a guru of wireless communication to the mafia. He uses the product from his job to help make organized crime very lucrative; while at the same time netting himself a name as he remains a heavy-hitter in the office raking in all the dough. I suggest starting with the first book in the series, Chop Suey. If you are a fan of this genre you won't regret getting into this series.
