<p>Hi everybody,</p>
<p><br />I have got an idea to help each other with the promotion of our respective books. The idea is simple: I read and review your book and you read and review mine.</p>
<p><br />If you want me to review your book, send me a friend request on this site. Then we will send each other an electronic copy of our respective books, I will read yours while you will read mine and we will post a review on websites we agree on (Amazon, Facebook, Smashwords...).</p>
<p><br />Please note that if I don't like your book at all or if I see any problem with the content (error, inconsistency...), I will not post any review but will inform you of the issue. I hope you do the same if there is an issue with my book.</p>
<p>As far as I'm concerned, I have a preference for nonfiction books but I have nothing against a good thriller. Since I have just self-published my first book, I will give the priority to other authors who want me to review their first books.</p>

I really love this idea of helping each other. I would suggest that you also post your reviews on Author's Info and not make every book review a 5 star book review. We are also looking for honest and direct book reviewers so if you are interested please inbox me.

Steve, a wonderful idea. You have grasped the concept of sharing. I also encourage you and the other members of It Matters Group to share their information here, so we in the group can circulate it among the social media networks.

Thank you for your feed-back. Not all my reviews will be 4 or 5 stars (unless the books I pick up are extremely good :-) ) I will also not just put stars and my reviews will be well detailed.

Very well put Steve. I love that our review area has pros and cons or each review. Right now I am reading books for upcoming shows, but will get to yours. Mine is fiction, so don't know if you'd be interested. Plus I cry easy (only teasing).

Why not, Monica. From your Goodreads profile, I presume the book you referred to is The Turn of the Karmic Wheel. Feel free to send me a copy (preferably iTunes or Kindle format) by e-mail. Please allow me 2-3 weeks for reading and reviewing it.

Hey Steve Gobin, I don't see your group page on Author's Info for your book where our members may get to discuss your book topics just like we are doing here in this group. All authors are invited to create a fan club group to promote their books and other work.

I have chosen to participate in existing groups rather than doing a brand new one from scratch. Furthermore I have also subscribed to groups on Goodreads.com.
My author page on Smashword's website also mention the different channels available to discuss with me: https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/stevegobin (LinkedIn profile, FB profile and FB blog). I am also occasionally posting on Booktalk.org. Of course I could create an additional blog or group here as well as on other websites but if I create to much stuff everywhere, I will loose track of them.

In the spirit of what I wrote 20 days ago about reviewing each other's books, I have finished to read Darlene Underdahl's Threadbare and have posted a review. I had a great time reading it. Great idea Luna. Unfortunately due to reading a book or more a week for the show, I don't have time to read much else. But, as we on the show do post reviews on our site, I will do my part for anyone who guests on a broadcast.
