I’m a recipient of two Educational Press Association of America Distinguished Achievement awards for editing and have as an associate editor and as a staff writer/editor for several large corporations. In addition, as a freelancer I copyedited books for a bestselling children's author for ten years. I also studied with the late Sloan Wilson, author of the bestselling The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit, A Summer Place, and a dozen other novels. I have been working on a PhD in health psychology, and I have an MA in counseling psychology.
