I have recently published a book titled Surviving Mental Illness, My Story. My pseudonym name is Linda Naomi Katz. In the beginning of the book, it defines what mental illness is and its mood disorders and it shows recovery from mental illness can work if one stays on treatment and gets help from resources and organizations that assist the mentally ill in hopes of obtaining their goals and dreams. I also discuss my life's story of having bipolar disorder and the heartbreaks and challenges that I had to go through in order to reach recovery.
