Melissa’s creative orbit landed on the planet of music composition and lyrics at age twelve. After attaining a Diplôme in French literature at Paris’s Sorbonne University, she completed Pre-med and music study at SFSU. Melissa maintained a successful private chiropractic practice while studying jazz guitar, writing short stories and magazine articles. Her novels include Steel Eyes, and The Right Closet. While her house is in Phoenix, she “lives” between some un-named exotic Caribbean island and Paris’s Left Bank.
