My name is Niki Jilvontae, born Nicole Jackson and I am a 33 year-old author and single parent of 2 from Memphis, TN. I developed a passion for writing early on as my aunt, the late Devon Russell-Wirt always instilled in me the importance of reading and possessing the ability to express my emotions through words. By the age of 10 I had already written over 60 poems. My interest in children's books began in 2011 after my son was diagnosed with autism, which inspired me to write 6 children's books under True Glory Publications designed to teach children acceptance, understanding, and tolerance of differences. I currently have 8 novels penned with several more to come.
