Tamyara Brown has been writing since she was eleven-year old and has been her source of therapy. She is a mother of six beautiful children and two grandchildren. Tamyara admits her journey has not always been easy. Life has dished out more than its share of pain and hurt. One day it was her former fiancé Lloyd who said she needed to share her writing with the world. She took his advice and began sharing her work on Facebook and writer’s café.

She attended Long Island University and worked as a Customer Service rep. She decided to take a leave and care for her son who is diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome and Focal Segmental glomerulosclerosis. It was then she wrote her debut novel Fat Girl Vigilante which will be released winter of 2012.

In addition she has her very own Blog “TAMLUVSTOWRITE” which focuses on a journey of sharing stories of love, life, the good and the bad. Sharing hope and inspiration that life will and can get better. She hopes by using personal stories and poems she can reach out to those thinking there is no sun in those dark clouds. She also has an erotica Blog titled “Butterfly Chronicles”. The blog that dares to tell stories of sensual, sexy and beautiful women who are plus size and the men who desire them and love them, she took an interest being that she is a plus size woman she wanted to tell that not every man wants a size six. She has a short story and a poem, which is being published in a Domestic Violence Anthology VOICES BEHIND THE TEARS, will be release in October 2011.
