<p>I ask that graces come my way</p>
<p>In prayers I send to heaven’s throne,</p>
<p>That God will give me what I need</p>
<p>To one day come into my own.</p>

<p>The things I ask the Lord to give</p>
<p>Are mostly virtues that I lack,</p>
<p>Those traits like weapons in the fight</p>
<p>To keep me walking in His Light</p>
<p>Could help me ward off all attacks</p>
<p> </p>
<p>From Satan and his demon band</p>
<p>Who tempt the world with bait of sin</p>
<p>Some weaker souls cannot resist.</p>
<p>With grace from God I can insist</p>
<p>My soul belongs to only Him.</p>
