These are some useful strategy that I have used during my job search. Hopefully they are useful to all of us. I will keep adding more to the list each week. if you have any suggestions email them to me at daliza_bcc@yahoo.com. 1.If possible educate yourself on the field of work that you want to obtain before you start searching for work 2.See if there are any certificates or licenses that will help you get the job or earn more money if you already have a job 3.Network in anyway that you can, online and offline. 4. Ask questions to your family members, friends, co-workers, past employers and look with in your community within the churches, community centers. 5.Search for Job Banks in your neighborhood, they have listings of jobs available at the work force one offices in your city or state. 6.Get in touch with your borough, city or state governor or president offices and see what jobs are available to you in those offices. 7.Go to as many business around your home and other towns you visit and ask to see the job recruiter or hiring manager and submit your resume to them with a cover letter, if they are not hiring ask to be kept on files for further consideration. 8.Always keep a working number or message number. 9.Have a sample application with you when you apply for jobs and your references letter or reference person number. 10.Always be prepared with 2 pens and a note pad to...

Everyone is raving and talking about this new device that is available at amazon called the "KINDLE" it cost about $139 and you can use it to download anything from books to newspapers from all around the world, for a fraction of the sales price, instantly. Will this device make hard cover and paperback books obsolete? I don't truly know the answer to this question but, let's just say that everyone in the world brought a Kindle then were those that leave the hand held books, magazines and newspapers. As for me, you can call me old fashion because, I love to sitting in my tub and read a good book and turn the pages one by one. All this tech stuff seems to be making things easier for some people to be a bit more devices savvy but, at the same time we are becoming lazier as a person each day. I remember when my step father made biscuits from scratch and man do I miss those biscuits, there is nothing like a homemade biscuits. I Just think this new device can be a negative change for all of us and especially for many authors who are writing books and don't want it to be available for this device, or can't afford the cost of having their books available in this device. How are they going to make any money with the publishing companies when amazon kindle version are $9.99 even though as an author you will get 70% back...

This is an email that I got today and I wanted to bring it to every one's attention. Pay pal did not send me this this an actual copy of a "FRAUDULENT" email 1. See the part where it says To: Undisclosed- Recipient Pay pal knows our names. 2. Verify Identity is a no no online because you do not know who is verifying you or not. 3. If you cannot communicate with them via phone. Then more than likely it is a "FRAUD" 4. Please be cautious of what you do online because there are too many crooks out there just waiting to cash in....
